Note about beverages & dining at the piano man

Food is love. Flavours, textures and taste - these are the three key factors that have helped us design the food at The Piano Man.It’s food that is meant to be shared and it’s food that is meant to be enjoyed.

Our latest menu focuses on our favorite dishes from the last 10 years and the addition of a few selections that we feel will enhance your experience with us. At The Piano Man, we bring together flavors from around the world, as well as dishes that have been carefully curated for those who have dietary restrictions.

Whether you are vegan, gluten-free, egg-free or even prefer a low carb diet, there’s something for everyone. We care deeply about the food we serve.

If you are unhappy with something at your table, please ask for the chefs. They will ensure that you are well taken care of, because your experience matters.

    Note about chef manoj.

With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Manoj Pandey is a significant pillar of food and beverage services at The Piano Man. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from IHM Hajipur, Bihar (which is affiliated to NCHMCT, PUSA).

Owing to his extensive culinary experience Chef Manoj has in-depth knowledge and expertise in curating authentic Eurasian and other tempting international cuisines. His passion for cooking and unparalleled ability to serve art on a plate has helped him receive various praises for his work.

Before joining The Piano Man, Chef Manoj has worked with Ohris Groups of Hotel and restaurents, Oberoi Group of Hotel and resorts, Carnival Cruise line in the US. He has also spent a year with Dutyfree in Gurgaon.

During his college days, he always liked food production (kitchen) more than anything else. Chef Manoj believes that he acquired culinary skills from his father who used to cook meals for his family every Friday. After developing cooking skills, the first dish he cooked was Mutton Rogan Josh – for his friends. He looks up to a lot of chefs who might not have big names in the industry but have great culinary skills. He is a huge fan of Chef Marco Pierre White, Chef Achatz.

After working with different setups in the last 18 years, his mantra of quality cooking is - “Connect to local”, whether its people, place, palate or ingredients. He believes that it is very important to have a good connection between these elements otherwise even if you cook the best food on earth, it is not going to work for long. Keeping the same in mind, Chef has created a new menu that has a lot of dishes which is well connected to the local audience with niche touch of The Piano Man.

Chef Manoj has a soft corner for Indian and Mexican cuisine, however, he is attracted to Continental flavors as well. In his free time, Chef has developed a habit of trying different food eateries and learning cookbooks.

He loves playing cricket in his leisure time.
