VOLIA 35 is about freedom, memory, resilience and the spirit of Ukraine, expressed through music. Marking 35 years of the restoration of Ukraine’s independence, the concert brings together Ukrainian, Indian and international artists for a programme that moves between different styles, sounds and moods.
The concert will have two parts. The first will feature vocal and instrumental performances, including piano and violin, with classical, lyrical and solemn pieces. The second will bring a live band on stage, with rock and contemporary music.
The programme will include Ukrainian songs and instrumental compositions from different generations, as well as well-known international hits, creating a musical portrait of Ukraine that is personal, diverse and very much alive.
