The Rhythm Shaw Trio brings together three of India’s most formidable instrumentalists, seamlessly blending virtuosity, deep rhythmic tradition, and genre-defying fusion. Formed by guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Rhythm Shaw, the group features a powerhouse rhythm section with drummer Gino Banks and bass icon Sheldon D'Silva. United by their deep roots in Indian classical music, world fusion, jazz-rock energy, and Bollywood legacy, the trio delivers high-octane, elite-level live performances.

At the center of the trio is Rhythm Shaw, a Mumbai-based virtuoso classically trained in tabla, whose world-class technical precision has earned him international acclaim alongside heavyweights like A.R. Rahman, Zakir Hussain, and Peter Finger. On drums, Gino Banks—son of jazz legend Louiz Banks—injects a dynamic energy into the group, bridging genres with finesse through a career built alongside masters like Shankar Mahadevan and Zakir Hussain. Completing the sound is Sheldon D'Silva, a trailblazing bassist, composer, and producer whose storied global career spans collaborations with legends like John McLaughlin and Guthrie Govan, historical appearances on Coke Studio Pakistan, and iconic basslines like Bollywood’s Ram Chahe Leela.
