Abakorao is a Latin band based in New Delhi, India, consisting of 6 members from different parts of the world. This band directed by Santiago Ramírez from Colombia, has participated in several fairs and festivals such as Suraj Kund Mela 2021, EULAT 4 CULTURE 2022, Vedanta Udaipur World Music Festival 2022. Colombian Santi Ramirez has brought the best of Colombian and Latin American culture to more than 29 diplomatic missions in India. Abakorao is recognized for his unique sound, characterized by his Caribbean sound and the fusion of pop and rock with tropical styles such as salsa, merengue, bachata, son, caribbean, reggaetón, cumbia, inter alia.
