Raghav Chandra is a hindustani Classical Violinist from New Delhi, India. Born into a family steeped in musical tradition, Raghav began his musical journey at a very young age under the guidance of his father and Guru, Shri Sharat Chandra Srivastava, a disciple of his grandfather Pt Joi Srivastava, a distinguished exponent of the Senia Gharana of Indian Classical Music. His early exposure to the nuances of Hindustani Classical violin set the foundation for a lifelong passion and pursuit of mastery.
Beginning his musical journey at the age of six, Raghav has performed at prestigious venues such as the Pt. Ravi Shankar Centre and across in India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Odisha, Jaipur, Udaipur, Gujarat, Goa, as well as internationally in Dubai and Canada. Known for his collaborations with various artists and fusion bands like Mrigya. recently Raghav performed at the prestigious mahakumbh mela. Raghav aims to blend Indian Classical music with contemporary genres, exploring new musical horizons.
