Siddharth De Trio

Siddharth De is a processional guitar player and singer-songwriter who has been pursuing music as a performer as well as a teacher for the past 11 years. Has played at numerous venues across Kolkata (Sofar Sounds, Topcat CCU, Princeton Club, Someplace Else, The Phoenix Bar/Club, DI Club, Sienna Cafe, First Flush, Sunset Resto Bar/Lounge, Burnt Garlic), Bangalore (Sofar Sounds, Murphy’s Brewhouse, NUMA, The Beer Cafe, Furtados, Octavium), Delhi and Gurgaon (The Piano Man Jazz Club) as a solo artist as well as in different band setups, including The Siddharth De Trio. Has a strong background in jazz harmony but is adept in different genres of music ranging from blues to rock and pop. Is keenly interested in sound in films and has worked on various short film and ad film projects as a boom operator, sound designer as well as mix engineer.
