Refund and Cancellation

Tickets:

Cancellation:

  1. All sales are final, tickets once purchased are non-cancellable
  2. If you are unable to attend an event, you may contact us on info@thepianoman.in, on a case to case basis, we may issue replacement tickets. This is completely at the discretion of The Piano Man team

Refund:

  1. All sales are final, tickets are non-refundable
  2. Refunds will not be issued if customers arrive more than 15 mins later than seating time (without giving prior information for delays) and seats are released to other patrons
  3. In case there is any specific discrepancy, please email details and ticket ID to info@thepianoman.in for resolution, on a case to case base, refunds or complimentary tickets may be issued by The Piano Man at the discretion of the resolutions team

Cancellation:

  1. All sales are final, memberships once purchased are non-cancellable
  2. If you are unable to attend an event, you may contact us on info@thepianoman.in, on a case to case basis, we may issue replacement tickets. This is completely at the discretion of The Piano Man team

Virtual Tickets / Support:

Cancellation:

  1. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, cancellation of subscription is effective from the next billing cycle
  2. In case of any dispute, please email us on info@thepianoman.in

Refund:

  1. Any billed subscription amount (predating cancellation of subscription) cannot be refunded
  2. Any amount erroneously billed after cancellation of subscription will be refunded within 7 working days of intimation on info@thepianoman.in
  3. In case there is any specific discrepancy, please email details and ticket ID to info@thepianoman.in for resolution, on a case to case base, complimentary tickets may be issued by The Piano Man at the discretion of the resolutions team
